Taking action against digital violence

In an era where online exchanges occupy a central place in our lives, digital security has become a collective responsibility.

On March 23, 2026, the Anaouat Foundation for Rights and Development took a new step in its awareness-raising mission by meeting with the community to address an issue that has become essential: digital violence and the protection of personal images.
In an era where online communication plays a central role in our lives, digital security has become a collective responsibility. Through this initiative, the Foundation aimed to create a space for discussion and information sharing about the risks associated with cyberbullying.
The objective of this meeting was clear: to give everyone the necessary tools to better protect themselves, prevent situations of cyberviolence and learn to use concrete reporting solutions, including Stop NCII, an essential platform to combat the non-consensual distribution of intimate images.
Because security in the digital world begins first and foremost with information, this action helped to raise awareness among participants about the right reflexes to adopt to protect their online privacy and to act quickly in the face of digital attacks.
This initiative was carried out with the support of Mobilising for Rights Associates, a partner committed to promoting rights and combating gender-based violence.
At the Anaouat Foundation for Rights and Development, we remain convinced that informing, raising awareness and providing support are essential levers for building a safer digital space for everyone.
