The 2EA

The 2EA project aims to promote the economic empowerment of rural women in the Chichaoua province by supporting the creation and strengthening of women's cooperatives. By offering technical, organizational, and entrepreneurial support, the project enables participants to develop concrete skills in management, production, and marketing, while fostering solidarity and cooperation within their communities.

At the heart of this initiative are the cooperatives, true spaces for collaboration where women can share their expertise, pool their resources, and increase their economic power. The training provided by the project covers not only financial management, marketing, and production, but also personal development, such as self-confidence, leadership, and collective decision-making.

By supporting these women in their entrepreneurial projects, 2EA helps create sustainable income opportunities and improve their social and economic autonomy. The project also aims to strengthen the role of women in local life by encouraging them to actively participate in the economic and social dynamics of their villages. Through its integrated approach, the project reflects Anaouat's commitment to reducing inequalities, promoting gender equality, and fostering the empowerment of rural women in the Chichaoua province.
